Ingredients :

How to make it?

  1. Melt ghee buter with crushed chocolate in a double boiler.
  2. Remove from heat, add eggs, and stir until combined and slightly thickened.
  3. Add erythritol ,cocoa,almond flour, potato starch, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Pour the batter into a baking tin lined with parchment paper.
  5. Sprinkle with cacao nibs.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes at 170°C .
