Low-Carb Brownies with Almond Flour
Ingredients :
- 100 g bio ghee butter
- 90 g dark chocolate
- 120 g almond flour
- 20 g bio cocoa powder
- 20 g potato starch
- 60 g erythritol
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 30 g crushed cacao nibs
- 2-3 eggs
How to make it?
- Melt ghee buter with crushed chocolate in a double boiler.
- Remove from heat, add eggs, and stir until combined and slightly thickened.
- Add erythritol ,cocoa,almond flour, potato starch, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Pour the batter into a baking tin lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with cacao nibs.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 170°C .
